Watched here and there for this drama.
For Still 17, the big flaw that cant be ignored is the same as Where Stars Land which is that Woo Jin loses his distinct characteristics after some episodes. Liked how Woo Jin is weird, how he is a workaholic and how he doesnt care about what people think. Enjoyed watching how he goes around measuring things with a measuring tape. Liked the miniatures he makes. Liked the interactions among the characters in this drama. Enjoyed watching the development of relationship between Seo Ri and Woo Jin and how Seo Ri slowly breaks the ice. Liked the story of young Woo Jin and Seo Ri. Liked the characters, Seo Ri, Jennifer, the 3 rowers, and Woo Jin’s colleague, and superior. Liked the more light-hearted feeling in this drama and the comedy scenes. It is a pity for Seo Ri’s doctor friend who sacrifices so much for Seo Ri after Seo Ri’s accident but doesnt become her lover. I guess the way to interpret this is that life isnt fair. Doesnt mean that if you do a lot, you will get what you want. There are many factors that can get in the way. Liked the relationship between Woo Jin and Chan, especially towards the end when he hugs Woo Jin (like when they were young) when Woo Jin cries and guards outside Woo Jin’s door to prevent Woo Jin from leaving him again. Woo Jin’s and Seo Ri’s emotional struggles could have been reasons for me to continue watching this drama but unfortunately they werent good enough to sustain my interest. It will be unfair to the other dramas that I dropped if I write a long review for this drama so I am not going to do so.
