Plot: Yoon Soo Wan (Koo Hye Sun) and Park Dong Joo (Lee Sang Yoon) were each other’s first loves, but were forced to separate due to painful family circumstances. Twelve years later, Soo Wan now works as an emergency rescue worker, while Dong Joo is a surgeon. They meet each other again. But Soo Wan is engaged to Neurosurgeon Kang Ji Woon (Kim Ji Suk). Knowing this in addition to his obligation to Soo Wan’s father who raised him, Park Dong Joo decided not to reveal his identity to Soo Wan and go back to United States. Will Soo Wan realize that Doctor Dylan Park is her first love, Park Dong Joo? Will they end up together despite all the obstacles that they are going to face?
Zoom into characters: Dong Joo is an excellent student whose grades are eligible to become a doctor but his dream is to be a firefighter like his father. He falls in love with Soo Wan at 1st sight and secretly watches her from afar. His love changed from one-sided to two-sided after he found out she is blind and they started to have interaction. Soo Wan loves to study constellation and becomes a lonely person after she lost her mother and her eyes. Her father, a doctor, cannot bear to see her as she not only reminds him of her mother, but it also makes him feel guilty for being unable to cure her. Her life changed after she becomes part of Dong Joo’s family.
